if these weren't pics he sought out himself, they somehow got into his hands anyway
part of the voat TOS prohibits sexualizing children, so this happening was noticed by many people at the time, and dealt with.
he then tried for months to ruin voats gaming sub with hentai spam, all of which was the leftovers from his hentai folder with characters posted about getting younger and younger as time went on
this hentai spam was hated by everyone for obvious reasons. he kept posting it, and each day every spam entry got voted down, but the next day he'd keep posting and the gaming sub couldn't be used for gaming while he was present
he's one of the more annoying pedos we had to hunt on voat.
I don't have voat's TOS nor am I interested in that site.

It appears that, on voat, this user there posted things that were in accordance with voat's TOS but that you did not like. And then you harassed the user until the user left voat (or the user simply ran out of things to post or left voat due to nothing related to you).
