If you cannot access archive.vn then your ISP may be blocking it's domains. If you get an error like "Host name could not be resolved", your ISP is blocking archive.is domains.

I had left it open in a different browser (Brave, because sometimes pages don't load correctly in my main browser) and it loaded. Not sure if it was on my end or theirs. Thanks for the link, OP should have used that for their submission IMO.
