Ok if anyone can interpret "-the President of the Senate shall in the presence of the Senate and the House of Representatives, OPEN ALL THE CERTIFICATES..." as to meaning he decides which ones to open then you would fit right in with the other moron's on the supreme Court and their interpretations instead of strict reading of what it says. Frankly chasing this BS about Pence's alleged powers is becoming embarrasing. First, Ivan Raikslin, then "National File", now Neon Revolts BS and Gohmerts lawsuit. Congress will have to decide which Slates of Electors are accepted. It is not up to Pence. 3 USC ch. 1 sec. 15 was passed by Congress in pursuance of the Constitutions 12th Amendment. Read the c'mon man you know the thing. Besides having to get a few dems in the house who may actually prefer saving the Country to the alternative of giving up to china we need 100% of Republicans on board in the House and Senate. And that's if Republicans win GA runoff(s). Prepare yourselves for a let down when you discover that Pence does not have the authority to do this made up BS. I wish he did but I live in reality. 100% of republicans and a few dems are needed. I don't like the odds, but hey it's Trump were talking about so we shall see.

So I can send my slate of electors to Pence and he has to open them, eh?

Now go study the requirements for a lawful election and the lawful submission of electors to the President of the Senate. Go to a judge in any court in the land and submit your complaint on coloring paper written in crayon; see how far it gets you.

How about you read 3 USC ch. 1 sec. 15 and find that Slates of Electors must be from legal authorities claiming to have the appointment power therefore you sending in a slate would be nothing but funny. I wrote a book on the subject "The Electoral College for patriots" which required research into the Constitution, the laws implementing the Constitution, supreme Court rulings throughout its history, the federalist and anti-federalist papers and Elector cases from 2016. Notice I quote the Constitution and laws in pursuance thereof and you make up bullshit about crayons and coloring. I gave you the sources, you replied with make believe. Which of us should be relied on by other readers? Nice try better luck next time cupcake. I want Trump to win but I call bullshit when I see it and what is being spread is Bullshit about Pence's alleged power. I am simply trying to prevent people from placing their hopes in something that does not actually exist. Bring some sauce next time you step up to the buffet. Thank you.

Article II Section 1 The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress

Who directed mail in ballots? Why did they have to issue executive orders? lol Pence has LEGAL DUTY to enforce the Constitution.

You know, some times you can OVERTHINK things and you are living proof of it. I submit two simple questions -

1) If all the criminals agree that no crime was committed, does that mean that no crime was committed?

2) If a state certifies an election in which more votes were received than there are registered voters in that state, was the election held in a manner as directed by the state legislature?
