Congress will have to decide which Slates of Electors are accepted. It is not up to Pence. 3 USC ch. 1 sec. 15 was passed by Congress in pursuance of the Constitutions 12th Amendment. Read the c'mon man you know the thing. Besides having to get a few dems in the house who may actually prefer saving the Country to the alternative of giving up to china we need 100% of Republicans on board in the House and Senate. And that's if Republicans win GA runoff(s). Prepare yourselves for a let down when you discover that Pence does not have the authority to do this made up BS. How about you read 3 USC ch. 1 sec. 15 and find that Slates of Electors must be from legal authorities claiming to have the appointment power therefore you sending in a slate would be nothing but funny. You know, some times you can OVERTHINK things and you are living proof of it. I submit two simple questions -
1) If all the criminals agree that no crime was committed, does that mean that no crime was committed?
2) If a state certifies an election in which more votes were received than there are registered voters in that state, was the election held in a manner as directed by the state legislature?
