You are unlikely to be able to teach me anything about health given all of your links. If you want to ingest chromium, go right ahead.
Been taking it daily since 1992.
Heart calcium scans show only about 3% of what a person my age typically has. Haven't lost any hair. Look 10 to 15 years younger than my age.
Of course I also avoid sugar almost completely and have for decades. Sugar is poison. It's made almost exactly the same way as cocaine.
Anyway..I am not trying to be argumentative but been getting a bad vibe from Sinclair for a while now. First it was resveratrol that he had the whole world taking to reverse aging and now this...but he never said he was wrong about resveratrol.
I have seen quite a few of these aging reversal gurus come and go.
It would love it to be true. I bought and have tried nmn for a short while. I also have some nad .
The only thing I really believe in are stopping glucose spikes (diet and or chromium picolinate) and EDTA in small daily doses.
But those are to prevent damage and some poor health typically assigned to aging. Not reversing aging.
It doesn't reverse aging like Sinclair claimed nmn with his famous mouse photo shown round the world 5 years ago. Why arent there dramatic stories of people's hair color coming back and their youth dramatically returning now? Those claimed mouse results weren't subtle and were visibly obvious. You shouldn't have to be doing blood tests to see if you have reversed your age on his claimed nmn.
Be suspicious of all university marketing. Ever since Reagan changed the rules and allowed non Profit universities who received government guaranteed student loan money and government research money to profit from their research they have become marketing hype companies selling questionable research and patent trolls.
