Walked to purchase washer and dryer. First thing I say is I want it delivered and installed.

Should be easy , right ? Nope , after 45 agonizing minutes , multiple calls for manager , etc
finally all set . Nope , I see it says outside delivery. I said , " I wanted that inside delivery installed " First thing I said.

She's explaining why it won't let her do that. I said , thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my time for nothing , and told her to cancel my order.

Why? Front load washes clothes more efficiently.

They have a tendency to leak

and grow nasty mold, and wear out your clothes, and struggle to clean heavily soiled clothing. I've also personally experienced issues with their electronics boards failing on multiple makes/models. MIL gave up on her front loader, ended up going with a classic old school machine.

Or just break in any other way possible. They're just garbage.

Well ya. Those front seals need to be replaced every 5-10 years. But I see it as a trade off for better performance.

Bullshit! They use minimum water, so clean your clothes halfassed. I do a better job with a plastic tub and toilet plunger.

Front loads either leak or just die.

They wear out faster (motor bearing)
