Recently my internet died for a few days and I tried to contact my ISP to cry about it. My call was of course received by one of those fucking bots who stalled for time and tried to force some irrelevant bs on me before dropping the call. I was speechless. The next day I started by immediately shouting for operator, and only then the little clanker shithead actually stopped pretending it doesn't understand me, told me they know of the problem and they'll be solving it in a few hours. That same day they actually fixed it. When you want to treat them politely then you're a sucker, and they won't move a muscle until you start acting like a huge asshole to them. I don't like that, but it's how this world works, I guess.
