Some of the "robot voices" are built to watch "stress" and "anger".

A sure way to get to a "human" quickly is to just yell "ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME. GET ME A HUMAN RIGHT FUCKING NOW" into the phone.

That will almost always end in you not only getting a human but a human that speaks proper English.
