That 72 hour mark sounds really significant.
Its interesting to learn that "clinical detox" takes 1-2 weeks. I've heard rumors of certain symptoms from really severe drinkers taking up to a year to resolve, this article doesn't skip that.
I haven’t checked the link yet but if I was honest I’d have to say it took me a year to really finally feel I had it under control. That said it’s been a few now and I’d say year two was when I’d say I was back to “normal” so to speak.
