I have posted about this before but I will again.

New manager tried to back-fill with a bunch of street shitters and every single one of them had to be fired. At least two of them were found to be working two jobs and not actually doing the job our company was paying them for and despite complaints from the team it took months to fire them.

I am so done with this shit. Make it illegal for companies to do shit like this to the point that the C-Levels GO TO JAIL, I'm not talking a nice one either, a shithole in the 3rd world for 20 years. It will stop overnight.

Also, lets ban these offshore "staffing companies" (bullshit lying outsourcing hubs). The lie is that we don't have enough Americans to do the job.. Well, thats a fucking lie they keep saying about every single god damn industry.

Not enough for the farms, not enough for the programming jobs, not enough for the teaching jobs, not enough... blah fucking blah you lying sacks of shit.

There are plenty and they are of higher quality. Stop fucking lying.

There aren't enough Whites to hire who are willing to work for what they want to pay.

There are far more White Men who can do and want to do those kinds of jobs, but these pussy-ass whiny "consulting company" C-level gibs-me-dat-tier niggers don't want to pay them.

Quality is worth the cost. DEI, Affirmative action, ESG, And what ever the fuck new moronic term they come up with next.

It is not our duty/sacrifice to bring the rest of the world up by killing ourselves. It is on them to bring themselves up.

That is why the company/c-level/etc must be under the gun for this shit. Just because you can hire a bunch of morons to "get the job done" does not mean it gets done well. Rather, it is the opposite and we have seen this over and over and FUCKING OVER.

Look at Boeing, our newest sacrifice to the "hire morons to do high level work" this is what you get.
