It's mainly a matter of changing the seasoning. Greek some weeks w/ tzatziki, southwestern others, avocado ranch chicken on salad. Pulled chicken is a general staple of my diet. I just decide that's the chicken flavor for most the week then work around it.

Breakfast is almost always eggs and some meat idk. Turkey sausage is my latest jam.

Dinner is generally meant to be a little less generic. While I often make it different I do inevitably repeat some leftovers.

What keeps it generally interesting is that cooking is a low carb competition w/ my wife.

I stopped drinking soda for a year then found the taste of all soda repulsive. I was raised on the stuff. At that moment, I learned all tastes are acquired.

The simple act of getting people off fast food can change their life.

I do a whole chicken in my crock pot about once a month. I just throw it in there frozen with no seasonings. It cooks up well and then we use it for diffrent meals till it's gone. We will eat it like that with sides, I'll shred some up and add taco seasoning to it, or make sandwiches, or chicken noddle soup. I then take the carcus and veggie scraps, cover it with water in the crock pot, cook it for the day on low and make stock.

We still do eat fast food on occasion and a Coca-Cola is a big weakness of mine but we do try to eat homemade food as much as possible.
