I do a whole chicken in my crock pot about once a month. I just throw it in there frozen with no seasonings. It cooks up well and then we use it for diffrent meals till it's gone. We will eat it like that with sides, I'll shred some up and add taco seasoning to it, or make sandwiches, or chicken noddle soup. I then take the carcus and veggie scraps, cover it with water in the crock pot, cook it for the day on low and make stock.
We still do eat fast food on occasion and a Coca-Cola is a big weakness of mine but we do try to eat homemade food as much as possible.
