It was the first time I made it. I sauted some red onions and garlic to flavor the oil, then added a bunch of chopped up chard. When that was cooked down, I added a jar of chicken stock and mushrooms and a bit of sherry.

What did you think of It? My mom really likes Swiss chard and grew a bunch a few yrs ago but the only way she made it was sauteed.

You could make that soup with pretty much any kind of greens.

It was pretty good. The chicken stock I used could have been better (we added vegetable peels/scraps to it, but too much asparagus ends and it turns out it kind of gets an off taste).
