With falling maintenance levels, yes - and it's probably going to be happening more and more.
Interesting. You'd think it would be less expensive to do regular maintenance to prevent these "accidents" that need to be triaged later. However, I recognize the short term gain of delaying maintenance until after the fiscal year to make the CEO's bonus look better.
Now they can get emergency cleanup funds to fix the problem.
