Interesting. You'd think it would be less expensive to do regular maintenance to prevent these "accidents" that need to be triaged later. However, I recognize the short term gain of delaying maintenance until after the fiscal year to make the CEO's bonus look better.

Not to mention that town is basically in the forbidden zone where most of the residents lives around industrial waste, shut mines, and meth. stupidbird is right. More of these are going to happen before someone decides to fix the problem.
