It’s because of the jews and their destruction of our society and civilization. You may not be able to be happy long term, but strive to enjoy the small amounts of happiness that life does afford you when it happens.

Enjoy the little you can, while you can. The world will get worse before it gets better. Get outside and enjoy nature, get some sunshine. Look at beauty, natural and man made, the outdoors and scenery, animals, art, sculptures, architecture, listen to beautiful music, look at beautiful women, the stars, everything.

It is in the jews nature to destroy everything beautiful, because deep down they recognize their own ugliness is more than skin deep, it permeates their very being.

Thus in their jealousy they resent the beauty inherent in the white man and woman and everything they create. This brings them to hate us and all we stand for, and it threatens their sense of self. Plus they fear us, for they know our potential to destroy is unmatched when we finally unleash, and we are intelligent enough to recognize their evil for what it is.

I take the tar like stuff, just put it under my tongue and make it dissolve. Some take the pills, it does taste a bit earthy. Some dissolve it in a drink.

If you are feeling depressed, but don't think that there really is a cause for it, could easily be a hormonal imbalance.

You might want to try iodine and Vitamin D for the start. Do you have any Lugols Iodine at home?

Also when is the last time you dewormed yourself?

This is how you can test for iodine deficiency:

Simply put 1–2 drops of 5% Lugol’s solution (aqueous I2 and iodide) on a patient’s wrist, ideally early in the morning. The solution will create a yellow stain about the size of a half-dollar. Then simply have the patient monitor how fast the stain disappears.

The faster it fades, the more iodine-deficient he or she is. In a healthy patient with optimal iodine levels, the stain will be visible for 14–16 hours or even longer. If it’s gone in 2–3 hours, she’s got a significant deficiency. In essence, the test is showing to what degree the patient’s system is “hungry” for iodine.

Actually a little iodine does make some people feel energetic.

However, happiness is not an end goal. That kind of thinking is the problem. Even if you were to achieve happiness, by its mature, it is, essentially, a fleeting feeling. There is no possible way to be permanently happy unless you are lobotomized.

Seeking contentment is a lot more productive of a quest. Find contentment, then plan for bursts of happiness.

Also, creating a lasting legacy is also going to contribute to your sense of fulfillment.

Write a book. Make a coffee table book. Record an album. Create a real estate trust for your kids. Whatever it is... leave a legacy.

Also... quit drinking jew juice. Alcohol is always bad for you. Sofa is always bad for you. Anything other than water, basically, is designed to poison you or your mind in some way.

Making and tweaking cocktails is one of the things that I get the most enjoyment out of. So that's out, sorry.
