Amazon's employee plan is they don't stick around. Like fast food, their response is there's always someone to take your place. If you get too lazy or content they fire you. If you don't work fast enough to meet quotas they fire you.
Problem is there aren't many people left to fill their slots. There's not really anyone left to take employee jobs.
I work in a high tech field. There is a real shortage of people that know what they are doing. You can't simply fire talented engineers anymore and hire overseas.
Do you think the article is talking about high tech? Amazon has a hard time keeping warehouse and delivery workers.
You're not very bright, niggertown.
Same argument applies. When you live in a world where 80 IQ is common operating a forklift becomes a complex task which requires several years of operant conditioning.
The argument is quite simple. It takes time to build a skilled crew that operates well together. You cannot simply lose a team and expect to replace it without incurring considerable cost. It takes many years of systemic demoralization to trick skilled employees into accepting their stagnating wages.
There are plenty of semi retarded pajeets
But they don't work hard enough at physical jobs.
What they lack in ability, honesty, and integrity they more than make up for with lying and smelling like shit.
