Free supercharging hasn't been a thing since around 2015-16. Most of these cars are paying around 20 bucks.

That's why every public charger with complimentary charging is permanently occupied by Chinese-owned Teslas. They'd walk ten miles and block a charger for 20 people to avoid paying $2 to charge at home.
