Certain older models of macbook were paragons of longevity and serviceability. They used to be worth the money you paid because you could probably guarantee it was going to outlast anything else you could get, or at least give you 10 years of dependable service. Except certain Lenovo devices. I still have two Lenovo 3000 N200 devices that are going strong. They're going on 15 this year.
