I am trying to gain mass but in a healthy way I guess
I drink small protein shakes here and there between meals. Low fat milk with some chocolate protein powder and some cashews/walnuts. I used to put a raw egg in it but I moved on to a scoop of egg white that I buy in cartons.
More on the light side, if you're trying to just deal with hunger:
Cucumbers, sliced with salt/pepper with a and/or
a handful of broccolis steamed or lightly boiled with salt/turmeric.
A tiny bowl of those nuts you should be putting in your protein shakes (walnuts, cashews etc)
