Interested to see what kind of meals you guys eat while at work/through the week

I am wanting to change mine to have some form of pick me up in the afternoon before gym. I dont necessarily care about macros but I don't want to have shit either.

Currently I have shake and oats at work about 8:30 am

Tuna and rice/leftovers lunch at 12pm

< Need something here at 3pm > ???

Shake/Gym 5:30pm

Dinner 7 pm

I am trying to gain mass but in a healthy way I guess

I drink small protein shakes here and there between meals. Low fat milk with some chocolate protein powder and some cashews/walnuts. I used to put a raw egg in it but I moved on to a scoop of egg white that I buy in cartons.

More on the light side, if you're trying to just deal with hunger:

  • Cucumbers, sliced with salt/pepper with a and/or

  • a handful of broccolis steamed or lightly boiled with salt/turmeric.

  • A tiny bowl of those nuts you should be putting in your protein shakes (walnuts, cashews etc)

That Steamed broc sounds like a yum snack, and something to get me through the afternoon. Thanks!
