How'd you all do?

I had to sit the whole week out for a cold, but am thinking I will re-test tomorrow and hop back in the rotation.

Anyone want to volunteer to update our graph?

Did you take before pics? If so did you notice a difference? I never did fir my three weeks but i was drinking like a fish and that doesn't help gains

Idk if pics are really worth it. Just imagine a pale, birdchested man with hairy nipples and that's pretty much all there is to it. Besides, it's not about the aesthetics it's about completing the challenge. Also, I jumped in on Week 2 and then skipped this entire week, so at Week 4 I still have less weeks of pushups under my belt than you do lol.

I watched a YouTube video of it last year and the guys who did it looked like you described and had noticable gains. The challenge is good but the gains are important! Take pics for yourself now and let me know in a few weeks if you notice gains. If you're gonna keep going that is

Alright, fine. But only to document the gains.

Despite seeing steady improvements in my performance, I'm still repeating the same workout. I'd like to work up a bit of buffer on the last set before moving to the next week's workout.

Day one: Got recommended pushups done while sticking to the recommended rest periods. It's still an undignified experience, but I managed to get a bit extra done on the last set.

Day two: Just as above.

Day three: Got recommended pushups done while sticking to the recommended rest periods.

Next week: Sticking to the same workout again:

Days 1 and 2 and 3: Got recommended pushups done while sticking to the recommended rest periods. Hopefully my technique is improving, as it's still pretty challenging.
