Same here and I’m pretty slender. I find push-ups and pull-ups can cut in half if I don’t stay on top of them. I’m 40/8 when out of practice but can pretty easily get to 100/15 with a few weeks of daily sets.

I’m good man how about you? I’ve been busy recording an album for a band and mixing another, so I haven’t had any time to work on my own music over the last couple months, but it’s been a fun process regardless.
