OSHA already has rules that one's religion cannot be imposed upon. Getting OSHA to enforce its own rules can be challenging.

It would be even more difficult if someone with balls started rounding up OSHA agents and treating them like the enemies of the USA they are.

See what I mean? Biden talks tough and tries to implement things that are unimplementable. This is a classic example in how to be shit at politics.

People are not talking about Afghanistan much are they? Are they talking about the civilian family he intentionally drone strike? No.

We're talking about a policy that is popular with his base. That policy will be considered unconstitutional and he'll be able to go "oh, shuck, I did my best but those gosh darn GOP Supreme Court nominees are blocking my attempt to save the country!"

Lol the media tries to shove shit down our throat but it's not as effective as it was 15 years ago.

I disagree, it has been effective diversion and it's moving the overton window in their direction.

The NPCs are nodding their head in agreement with this blatant overreach.

I've been on a good many construction sites and have only ever seen OSHA one time and they were only there for a day. They don't have the man power to go door to door and verify vax status.

As far as weekly testing goes if I have to waste company money and time on a weekly test then fine. The last story I heard about a company doing weekly testing they they gave you a test to take home and bring back so they can't even verify you're actually taking the test! I'll take that test home every week and swab my dog's nose and send it back in.

Still going to show false positive and you get fucked. Woof!

Would be funny at least to send another one in a day later and get a negative.

The larger companies, regardless of the industry, will at some point require it for employment. You may work for a company that does not require it, but the general contractor on the job you are working wants you vaccinated -- and they demand that all sub contractors on the job-site be vaccinated.

I've read other articles that say they'll challenge the religion argument with asking 'did you get other vaccines'(?) and ask you which ones and then use that against you. Be careful. Come to religion at the right date, maybe put it on calendar that you celebrated privately at home with writing down your sins and then burning it and you remember because you wrote it on your calendar with a religious affirmation or something.

Never voluntarily.

FUCK JOE BIDEN!

Got an email that HR will be contacting anyone not vaxxed by next month and citing Biden's residential pronouncements

There was a good article that explains how OSHA works that I am unable to find right now. Basically, OSHA relies on self reporting, whistle-blowers, and disgruntled employees. If OSHA is going to enforce this, the good businesses will just have to not submit self reports. Submitting false ones has too high of a penalty. Secondly, employees fired by companies enforcing the mandate should make false reports on those companies. Bury OSHA in paperwork trying to investigate those companies which are enforcing the mandate. This both slows down OSHA from penalizing good companies and adds an extra penalty for those companies doing evil.
