yeah, that's how it is around here. People just stop bye and then they stay for hours and hours and eventually obviously get hungry. So I feed them. My kitchen is set up like a regular old house kitchen, with a regular electric stove and oven and fridge, a microwave and a pizza oven. Just about all one would need. There is another kitchen with all that in the back building too above the studio. So I can cook!
I can feed like a hundred people in short order, more if it's breakfast. Just form a line and give me like three people to help me and the lines moves pretty quickly.
I know these things 'cause I've done it. I used to bring the whole bar home with me. I do not do this anymore.
scrambled eggs and pancakes?
Not just scrambled, and with bacon and sausage. I've got six 10" gas burners on my stove and skillets that cover two burners each, so I can set up six different temperatures. I've even got a giant Hobart stand mixer, like you see in restaurants.
I don't fuck around. My coffee maker is just like what you see in a diner - hooked into the water line and brews a pot in like 5 minutes and has a warming plate on the top.
