Fat is life, fat is health unless you use a ton of carbs then it's not
^
The whole reason Americans got so fat is because they started pushing grains and low-fat diets. Most boomers still believe low-fat is the way to lose weight.
Thats a big part of it, but don't forget endocrine disrupters. Eating/drinking/microwaving out of plastic will steal your gainz worse than eating cereal every morning.
"Low fat" shit is filled with copious amounts of crap to make up for the lack of taste with most things.
Yeah, and it's almost impossible to get your caloric needs from pure protein so if you are taking out fat it must be replaced by more carbs/sugar
Your gallbladder may take issue with that statement
I'm sure it would if you ate nothing but fat, particularly without any time transitioning from SAD (Standard American Diet). Carbs aren't the enemy, but they're wildly over eaten in SAD, particularly in sedentary people. I carb up every time before I lift, and it helps me quite a bit, but no human ever ever needs to eat grains. We can get low glysemic, high fiber plants like turnips, sweet potato, leafy greens, parsnips. I'm shit at cooking everything I just mentioned but thankfully I have this magic wife. I give her my credit card and magically I have home cooked meals nearly every day. Amazing.
