On any normal day I’m around 8, but when I do them consistently for a couple weeks I can usually get up to around 15.
They're one of the exercises where my max drop massively if I'm not keeping up on it. Doesn't help that I'm not a light person.
Same here and I’m pretty slender. I find push-ups and pull-ups can cut in half if I don’t stay on top of them. I’m 40/8 when out of practice but can pretty easily get to 100/15 with a few weeks of daily sets.
