This last date was a complete disaster for a few reasons. The first is my ongoing battle with negativity, but the second problem is my brain no longer comprehends women. Multiple times this woman got really mad or at least upset at me over mulitple reasons:

  • I told her this would be our last date as a joke. She didn't take it well at all, and was very upset, until i re iterated it was a joke.

  • She told me she doesn't like PDA around friends and family. I decided not to pursue any PDA at all, including the basics like hand holding, etc. I instead got scolded at for being too indecisive.

  • She wanted me to kiss her at the end of the night, and I decided not to. Not because i didn't want to, but based off the above point of no PDA around friends and family.

She's been somewhat distance since then, so i fully expect she's gonna break up with me tomorrow.

Sounds like she is the one that is indecisive, wants no PDA but wants a kiss. Or she is trying to see how controlling you will allow her to be.

Generally im of the rule if someone says no, its a no. They cant rectify the rule later and say it was "wrong". So I stood to my guns as was instructed by this person. I just dont know why someone would say NO and imply YES, and then complain a guy would be incapable of understanding the massive cross wiring issue going on by claiming two polar opposite differences

Being alone can suck at times, but I think it's better than being stuck with someone that makes you miserable. I'm on my second marriage, 25 years so far, and it's been great. The first marriage was (I thought) great for the first 6-7 years, then it was like everything I did was wrong. I used to dread going home after work, wondering what she was going bitch about and blame me for. I was relieved when she announced she was leaving. Thankfully we didn't have kids.

God I pity those poor suckers who have to date in these modern times. Decades of feminism has ruined virtually all women -- and most men -- to the point that a normal relationship is almost impossible. I wish OP all the luck in the world but the retarded moron he described is a total waste of time.

I dont ask for much personally, some minor reciprocity, and clear, open and honest communication. What this means however, is that the communication has to be clear from BOTH sides, none of this im gonna make a call sign and hope he knows what i want because it was something that used to be a thing 20 years ago (I even mentioned i haven't dated for close to a decade, so it should be a given my dating experience is poor to non existant).

What's PDA?

Public display of affection, so hand holding, light kissing, etc. So for example, hand holding in public could be considered too much PDA by her. When someone tells me no PDA at all, I withhold all intimacy off of that, its one of the most aggressive requests you can ask from me, so not sure why she was surprised.

I consider PDA to be hand holding only, anything beyond that is already verboden in public. Hence, why im surprised she decided against any PDA at all

to me it means there is someone that is jealous if she is seen by people getting close with another man. ALso sounds like she's trying to cuck him taking control of everything, as in "You've been good, here boy here's a treat and I will allow you to...." She's making you the bitch, the women should be sub not the man.

I assumed there was an element of trying to make someone jealous involved. As for the cucking, a lot of it comes down to cross wiring and issues where it gets really hard to figure out what she wants. In this day and age im not gonna commit potential assault because the woman was being confusing
