Ok, let's get a list going, everyone feel free to jump in and and shit wherever: Age 25 - could not longer eat like a teemager. You get full after your stomach is full.
Age 30 - a sleep schedule is very important. You can no longer function very well off of 2 hours of sleep and present normally while being hung over. Oh, and falling from short heights now hurts where you used to just laugh at yourself for being a dumbass.
Age 40 - pissing. You drink it, you're going to need several trips to the bathroom to piss it all out. Stop drinking everything early so you don't have to wake up in the middle of the night and fuck up your sleep schedule.
Mid 40s- random fucking injuries while sleeping. Wake up with a toe that seems broken, or sore shoulders.
In my early 30's, and while i cant go a day or more without sleeping anymore, i also sleep MUCH less than i used to. Used to be i required 8-12 hours in order to feel rested at all, but now, i average 4-6 hours a night, and I can not possibly sleep any more than that. Often i will sleep for 2 hours, wake up for a bit, sleep for another 2, wake up for a bit, and either be done sleeping entirely, or do it again for another 2. Not every night, but this is my common sleep schedule now.
There is an app called sleepy time. It calculates your sleep rhythms, so you can tell it when you want to sleep and it will tell you what times to wake up at Ideally, or tell it when you want to wake up and it will give you the different times to fall asleep so you wake up at the end of a sleep cycle.
I eat too well to have gout (most of my food is beef, the rest are mostly cruciferous vegetbles). I just put my feet side by side and the sore toe is bent a bit inwards. My big toes should be parallel and touching. Right now, they are not.
