I ate a bunch of Taco Bell earlier. Then I took to much Kratom and threw up all my Taco Bell. So I’m still Hungry. Seems like a nice way to lose weight if you’re lookin. It tasted good coming up too. Mmm Cheesy burritoz

That is a terrible way to lose weight.

Vomiting is painful, and regular forced vomiting is going to fuck up your body.

Just eat healthy and exercise.

Celery is all fiber, eating it with every meal will fill up your stomach and make you full. That can easily reduce your calories by 80%, and is far easier than trying to fight hunger.

The only problem is that it tastes like grass. The key is to eat it with something delicious and focus on the good flavors. Take a big bite of celery and chew it with your molars while nibbling on something good. The tip of your tongue and the smell of the food will dominate your sense of taste to the point that you can't taste the celery despite it being 80% of what you are eating.

You should regularly go 24 hours without eating, and eating one meal a day is great for you. It's about self control and discipline.

Tell him to eat bark or dirt. Both are as valid as eating shitty fibre.

I eat a lot of vegetables already. I always eat a salad after the gym. Is celery more special than say lettuce and broccoli

Yes. Much more special.

Broccoli and Lettuce have calories. Broccoli requires cooking. Lettuce is harder to eat in large quantities. The point is to replace the majority of your food with fiber.

If your diet was doing it for you then you would never consider vomiting a good way to lose weight.
